Markus Torgeby Thursday evening at 19.30 (Rita Karolén de Koster cancelled)

When Markus Torgeby was 20 years old, he left everything. For four years he lived alone in a hut in the Jämtland forest. He ran, froze, ate porridge and was forced to learn to just be. Eventually he was ready to return to the community. With him, he took a tremendous amount of insight and experience that he now uses to spread knowledge about another way of looking at running, and life. Markus talks with Mattias.
