Nimbusgården is looking for a chef who wants to breathe the sea air and work during the day!

From Öckerö in Gothenburg's northern archipelago, Nimbusgården offers a pleasant environment, good colleagues, mainly daytime work with the sea as a neighbour! Here we serve lunch and catering for memorials, weddings and parties as well as café sales on weekends and afternoons.

Nimbusgården AB is a restaurant and conference facility with a hostel, cottages and guest harbour. The business operates all year round with the high season in summer. Nimbusgården is a company owned by Nimbuskyrkan, part of the Equmeniakyrkan.

We are looking for a colleague to join our team for the summer season (May - September), with the possibility of an extension. We are looking for people who want to be part of creating culinary delights that our guests appreciate and want to come back to!

Tasks

The main task is lunch service Monday-Friday, catering and other events, helping to plan the week's menus and the usual tasks associated with restaurant work.

We are looking for you who have:
Relevant professional education and preferably a few years of experience in a similar position.

We would like you to have experience in large kitchens.

We are looking for someone who is creative, inventive, prestigious and a very good team player. Furthermore, you are stress-resistant, accurate and have good communication skills.

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment and flair for cooking.

What we offer

An exciting position with good colleagues in a pleasant environment.

Mainly daytime work on weekdays. Weekend and evening work may be required.

The position is a 75% project position starting in May to September with good possibilities for extension.
