About the activity
Nimbusgården AB is a versatile business that combines food, service and experiences in a natural environment. We offer lunch of the day Monday-Friday, catering for different occasions, a cozy café, conference facilities And lodging.
We offer good food, personalized service and a warm atmosphere where both small and large groups enjoy themselves.
There is a lot of variety and great opportunities to develop as a chef - no two days are the same!
About the service
We are looking for a chef for a 50% service - with possibility for more if you are flexible as a person. With us, you will work in a kitchen where we value good ingredients, creativity and collaboration. You will be part of a dedicated team where together we create dining experiences that are appreciated by our guests - both everyday and on special occasions.
Tasks
- Preparing and planning lunch for the day
- Cooking for catering, café and conference
- Ensuring high quality and good taste in every dish
- Contribute to a well-organized and pleasant kitchen
- Participate in the development of menus and new ideas
- Managing orders and raw materials
We are looking for people who
- Have experience as a chef or relevant training
- Is self-driven, flexible and has good teamwork skills
- Passionate about cooking and appreciates variety in work
- Has a sense of service and an eye for detail
